Our releases are available globally through major digital platforms, and we manage our own master recordings to ensure fair and transparent licensing.

Direct Licensing Policy

This is the Direct Licensing Policy of Flashtrax Music.

Flashtrax Music licenses sound recordings that it owns or controls directly for certain uses, instead of through a collecting society. This policy sets out how to request a licence from us directly.

How to Request a Licence

If you wish to obtain a licence to use our sound recordings, please contact us using the details below. We will require information about the proposed use, including:

• Which recording(s) you wish to use
• How you plan to use them (e.g., online, broadcast, public performance)
• The duration and territory of use

Assessment of Requests

We will assess all licensing requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval will depend on factors such as the nature of the use, the track(s) requested, and our existing commitments. Fees may apply.

Collecting Societies

Flashtrax Music also participates in the Phonographic Performance Company of Australia (PPCA) licensing schemes. For certain public performance or broadcast uses, you may be able to obtain a blanket licence from PPCA instead of a direct licence from us.
